Get an introduction to 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) using Onshape; a fantastically capable online 3D CAD program.
This course assumes no prior knowledge of Design or 3D software. The intent is to teach the basics of how to create a 3D model of an object or design using modern online CAD software.
Upon completing this course you will have the knowledge on how to use Onshape to take an idea from concept to finished 3D model.
Course will be hosted in the Shuswap Makerspace multi purpose room or in the Innovation Centre's main boardroom (both are in the same building)
This course is using OnShape, which requires a computer with a modern web browser (Chrome / Firefox / Safari). OnShape can also work on iPad/iPhone, but for this course we will be teaching from the PC interface.
Learn more about OnShape here.
