What is LEAN? LEAN is a time-tested set of tools, and an organizational desire to reduce waste and defects within systems and processes, by engaging your staff to improve productivity, quality, staff morale, and customer service.

Are you interested in learning more about how LEAN principles can help your business? This free half-day introductory workshop is for you! LEAN 101 provides participants with a productivity improvement foundation, including how to determine what is needed and when it’s needed, all while using a minimal amount of resources. Learn to create more value for your customers with fewer resources!

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

  • Those requiring an introduction to the philosophy, terminology and core tools of LEAN Thinking.
  • Suitable for everyone in the organization from senior leadership to front-line and support staff.
  • Manufacturing firms, agrifood producers, or service-driven organizations
