Use the Ender 3 3D printer and software to print your own 3D objects. A 'start to finish' cell phone stand will be created during the course for hands-on experience. This course is a requirement for gaining access to the 3D printers in the Shuswap Makerspace and includes one free session in the lab to be used by Sept 30, 2021. If you're able to bring your own computer, please download Cura. Everyone must also make a Tinkercad account, as this will be utilized during the course. This workshop, led by Micah Knutson, will be offered for $35 to seniors aged 55+ as part of our Federally funded seniors' workshop series running throughout 2021 at the Innovation Centre and Shuswap Makerspace in downtown Salmon Arm.
The fee is $105 for those under 55 years of age.
