USING ONSHAPE
Get an introduction to 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) using Onshape; a fantastically capable online 3D CAD program.
This course assumes no prior knowledge of Design or 3D software. The intent is to teach the basics of how to create a 3D model of an object or design using modern online CAD software.
Upon completing this course you will have the knowledge on how to use Onshape to take an idea from concept to finished 3D model.
COURSE DELIVERY
Course will be hosted in the Innovation Centre's main boardroom and delivered virtually; complemented by additional teaching support in the class. This will allow students to attend virtually when in person is not practical. Please note, current COVID protocols are in place, which allows a maximum of 15 students to attend in person.
COURSE REQUIREMENTS
This course is using OnShape, which requires a computer with a modern web browser (Chrome / Firefox / Safari). OnShape can also work on iPad/iPhone, but for this course we will be teaching from the PC interface.
