Furniture Restoration Workshop

Furniture Restoration Class ~ Bring your project to the wood shop!

Do you have a furniture project that you'd like help with? Join us for this informative class on how to make simple furniture repairs and do reupholstery. Our instructor will provide support and direction on how to best restore your project. No prior certification is required for this class.

• Bring your project into the shop
• Purchase any new fabric, foam, paint/supplies, or hardware that's required for you project prior to the class. 
• This workshop is led by retired cabinet maker and wood science teacher Steve Henshall.

  The fee is $35 for ages 16 and up.

  Saturday, November 13 from 10:00am - 1:00pm at the Shuswap Makerspace in the Innovation Centre (downstairs) 220 Shuswap St. NE (The big colourful building downtown).

  NOTE: We ask that you wear closed-toed shoes. Long hair must be tied up. Please bring a lunch and a water bottle.
