This is an introduction into the world of computerized woodworking. Using our Makerspace CNC Router, you will learn the process of turning your idea into a finished piece. Students must be comfortable using a Windows based computer to run the software and equipment.
In this class you will learn the basics of designing for the CNC router and how to safely operate the machine. Next step… dream up crazy things that you want to make on the CNC. The software we will use is user friendly and opens the door for your creativity to flow.
The fee is $225 for ages 16 and up.
3 Tuesdays, November 16, 23 & 30 from 6:00 - 8:30 pm at the Shuswap Makerspace in the Innovation Centre (downstairs) 220 Shuswap St. NE (The big colourful building downtown).

NOTE: Please wear closed-toed shoes, and tie up long hair.
