Ladies Only - Make an Aromatherapy Necklace

Join us in celebrating International Women's Day for a ladies only evening of making an aromatherapy necklace!

Aromatherapy is one of the hottest trends today - essential oils show positive effects on relaxation, mood, pain, anxiety and more.

The satin chrome necklace you will be making includes an adjustable 28 in. chain, 5 wicks, an empty 2 mL aromatherapy sample jar and a black gift pouch. 

In this course you will use the lathe (no experience required) to make the charm which holds the wick. You will turn the charm from a blank to the shape you want and give it a smooth wear resistant finish. Once complete you will then assemble the necklace.

Once your necklace is complete, just add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to the included cotton wick, used to absorb the oil, unscrew the top of the kit and add the wick inside. Machined holes easily ventilate the aroma.

Each participant will leave the class with a ready to wear necklace.

Note: This is not a lathe certification course. You will learn how to safely operate the lathe as an introduction to this fun hobby. All materials are included in the cost.
